As our presence at trade fairs enabled us to establish very successful contacts in 2019, S+P Samson will again be showing at two international trade fairs in 2020: at LogiMAT in Stuttgart from 10–12 March and at wire in Düsseldorf from 30 March – 3 April. Both are high-profile events for world market leaders and first movers in the wire and cable industry who will be presenting their latest machinery, equipment and smart manufacturing processes.

Digitalization is advancing; this also applies to industrial identification. RFID technology has already been adopted by many companies. More and more materials now contain a chip. This is where the data carriers come to play an important part - labels which need to meet many different requirements, adhere to various types of surfaces and transmit the data properly. S+P Samson has now developed a special label for glass and transparent plastics. It can be applied from behind the surface and the RFID chip can be read out through the transparent surfaces.
